For context, I have been renting in an apartment for 3 years now. This plant has been growing from the balcony drainage ever since I started. I dunno if the previous tenant planted it.
Management has warned me because it has grown big and it’s not allowed as per the apartment rules so I have trimmed it down, but it has already grown new leaves since I cut it down. It’s interesting that it still grows with just rain water and not much sun because it is just in the corner that rarely gets direct sunlight.
Not really sure what kind of plant it is, but I am thinking of transplanting it to a small pot and donating it somewhere.

You need to uproot it because the roots can damage the structure of the building
